  • hey bro, some good foods with a lot of protein I eat are: Chicken (very clean) Eggwhites (about 10-12 a day) Tuna Milk Yogurt Cottage cheese Cheese And protein shakes, the one listed above is like 60$ and 18gr per serving?? Don't buy it! Waste of your money, I pay far less for more and 21-28gr of protein per serving.
