100% Agree with this. I did exactly the same thing. I lost my first 50lbs by walking and watching what I ate. It was that simple. At -50lbs I started to run and at -70lbs I started cycling.

I did a 5 mile run that finished in the London Olympic Stadium with 20,000 cheering spectators including my closest friends. Not a lot of things in this world will EVER top that experience for me considering that back in December I could not have even walked 5 miles! Fantastic!
