I'm very much interested. I'm currently only working out twice a week, aqua zumba for 45 minutes each time and need to increase my exercising. I'm going to comitt to 250 minutes the first week. Week # 1 -- September 30th -- Goal 250 minutes: Mon: Tue: Wed: Thur: Fri: Sat: Sun: Total / min left: 0/250 I can do this this!!!
