Try eating more proteins and fiber, that helps me a lot with hunger. I get hungry for no apparent reason A LOT

You could always buy a heart rate monitor and use that to determine the calories burned during the dvd work out, that would probably be most accurate.

They are tasty and not horrible, but I try to avoid frozen prepacked meals and aim for something fresh I wouldn't suggest eating them more than 2 times a week
