Glad I'm not the only one going through this. I know size is more important than the number on the scale, but if I could just loose a pity pound! Lol I will just keep up the work and see how it turns out.

I have tried it for a couple weeks and will start again when I'm through with Jillian michaels. I thought it was pretty tough but I'm in a little better shape now. I was wondering how I should log xfactor?
