  • Welcome! Exercise is such a small part of weight loss! For me, poor eating habits (and drinking) are 80% of my demise! Weight loss seems to definitely come from making wise eating choices! Good luck and let's support each other as you said! :smile:

  • I am! I live in South Korea at the moment. Plan to do another half before I move from here. I am also training for something called a "climbathon". It's a run/hike through the mountains. It's approximately 10 K and it's in April. Feel free to add me!
