I run and do the jillian videos at well and am quite content with this! I think since you are a woman - are you? - your own bodyweight is enough for lifting, so just try all these exercises :)

do you have quark in your country? We have it and its very dense, 68 cal for 100 gramms and a lot of protein, without fat. Its so dense I mostly have to add water or milk, sometimes juice to get it smooth. You can add savory or sweet flavours - love it. An alternative is cottage cheese.... yet its a huge difference in…
