Jen, I am about where you are. I've lost 27 pounds on phen, with 7 left to go to my goal. I am working out 5 days / week, and plan to keep this up. I am very excited about reaching my goal weight, and want to make sure that I maintain. I really like britishbrocco's suggestion. Lynette
