Feel free to add me. I log in regularly (only get lax on weekends) and I have an open diary. I'm just coming back from a business trip, so haven't logged the past few days due to time and the fact that I had to eat what was available to me... but if you don't judge me for that, then we're good! I eat clean about 80% of the…

I personally believe everyone deserves a cheat meal every week. It gives me something to look forward to every week and it's my reward to myself for working hard all week. I don't do a whole cheat day. To me that's overdoing it. I will have one cheat meal on either a Fri or a Sat. I don't do buffets though because of the…

AGREED! I keep re-reading her comment thinking I must have misread the fact that she chewed on her cat's claws. How does one even come up with that as an option first of all... and secondly how do you rationalize that it's ok?

Wait a minute... you CHEWED on your cats claws??? How did this ever even become an option? Gross. :noway:

Letting a cat that has always been inside, roam outdoors suddenly, is more inhumane than getting her declawed. If she has no outdoor skills, then she would never survive out there and it's rather unkind to force this major life change onto an animal that has always been raised inside. Declawing should only be an option if…

I have an 06' Suzuki GSX-R 1000. I've been riding for about 7 yrs. I've taken it on the track at VIR once. Hope to get back up there this summer. If I knew how to add pics, I would, but I don't... lol

The best choice is to get a HRM. You can find some that are reasonably priced. After you work that hard, don't you want to know a more accurate reading of calories burned rather than an estimate. What I can tell you that I've found out is that MFP undercalculates calories burned if you use it only. That was the case for me.

I use the Polar FT4. It measures both heart rate and calories burned. I paid about $80 for mine, but I know you can get it cheaper. There's also the FT7 that I heard was good. Check Amazon.com.

My boyfriend and I are doing this journey together. He's got less weight to lose than me... he's only about 7lbs from his goal, but it helps to have someone fully commit with you. He eats everything that I eat and I don't have to worry about him bringing bad foods into the house, that will tempt me to eat things that…
