Nothing in a can, frozen or prepackaged. You don't mention other food additives, like faux man made citric acid,benzoic acid (non-organic flour) in USA/Canada/UK {Google it}, msg, artificial whey, preservatives, etc. Basically only fresh foods and/or organic, in my opinion.

Try increasing your metabolism. Exercising large muscles increase your metabolism-like you legs. You mentioned that you don't do cardio. Try adding some walking. If you don't have too much time, walk in 10-15 minute increments 3 times a day, instead of 30 -60 minutes at a time. Do you have a dog to walk? You can also do…

See a doctor!! I had heartburn before weight loss. No problems with it while losing weight. Also, you may have injured/torn diaphragm while working out. This can cause hiatal hernia which leads to GERD and heartburn. See a doctor, this is NOT a normal part of losing weight. Good Luck!
