SOOOOOO at lunch today I had some deep fried SWAI....... Who knew that would be 501 of my 1200 calories. Fortunately, I had already set in my mind to workout. Exercised and got 385 of my 501 back. Tea lover right here. I have about 5 flavors here at my desk at work.. All decaf. Love Bigelow Pomegranate Pizzazz. Have kicked the caffeine habit twice now. Working on a 3rd time because it affects my sleep.... But I love Dr. Pepper too..... Ahh, such is life.!!!

I started right after Thanksgiving, so I feel your pain. Left over dressing, casseroles, potatoes.. You know. At any rate, this is a great program... I've lost 2 pounds so far and I would have lost more, except my exercise schedule has been shot this last week. But at least I don't feel deprived like I do on other eating…
