White Castle's chicken rings and fries (together about 1,130 cal). I don't go there much, but I went and was surprised by how much calories it is for that meal compared to a Culver's kids meal, chicken strips and fries (together about 495 cal). I definitely know which place to eat at instead if there is a next time.

I used to drink a can of diet pepsi every day. Now that I've been using MFP, I've not been drinking them so much. Now I'm rarely drinking them, only if I'm out or something on occasion. Instead, I drink more water than I ever did before and I am definitely noticing a good difference.

I am definitely looking forward to being able to pick out a swimsuit and be able to find one I really like, not just sorta like, like I usually do. Not only that, but I can't wait to get some new clothes too.

I like to snack on the light Frigo cheese sticks. And I will usually eat two at a time since they really aren't too terrible as far as calories go.
