I had this for about 4 years I think I first got it when I was a healthy weight. I eventually went away dont really know how but it started to get worse the more weight I gained.

On the app theres a place for food notes everyday maybe u could track ur veg/fruit there. I get premade salad all the time I love it but I can only afford one every two week there more of a treat for me. Thanks for the chicken idea im gonna look that up and look up potatoes in the microwave.

Sounds like an okay week for you :) lots of positives. Good goal to get back into exercise, I like what you said about it incouraging to not overeat. I wish I could work out I miss it so much. Im working on sitting arm exercises with 3lb weights next week. Hopefully they help and I can keep up with it weekly.
