  • For some reason I can't edit my post, but I forgot to add that I'm 5'7!
  • Age: 21 HW: 216 CW: 153 GW: 145 has been my big goal since I was 216, but I think I'd ultimately like to be 135. I carry all of my weight in my lower half so I have big legs but not much in the midsection, just a little bit of pooch/muffin top, but I think 135 would be ideal for the legs I want :smile:
  • maybe try going by measurements instead, like of your arms, waist, thighs...then you'll know if you're losing weight, but without knowing exactly how many pounds. make sure you have people supporting you too with doing it the healthy way. don't let anything triggering get into your view, take control of your environment…
