Last night i got my 550 in to give me 6000 left. today i did 200 for lunch so that makes 5800. approaching midway mark.

Thanks you guys. Yesterday on lunch i did 400 then yesterday evening 500 thats 900. Im so sore but ok Im motivated I'm gonna do1000 more today. So far 3500 down 7000 left

I like sundays best. my mom cooks the best sunday soul food dinners. like another post said i too work over time all week long and dont eat up my calories i save that for sunday cause the cooking is from scratch. Im 1200 i rarely eat over that. It's a little hard but im finding different foods i can eat to stay under without starving. everyone on here has great ideas. I will try finding one that works for me too. Anyone want to be friends add me. Food trouble - Exerising no problem!
