People seem misinformed about two things regarding Medifast: It is NOT a very low calorie diet. it is around 1100 calories, with plenty of protein and fiber and nearly 100 g carbs. It isn't as expensive as it seems either. Of course buying a months' worth of food at a time involves some sticker shock but 12 dollars a day…
