ok wow! Ok great! Another question, I DONT give myself calories back for exercising. I just stick with a strict 1300 no matter what I do that day. You ladies are killing it with 1200 way to go!!!!

Just curious, what are you ladies holding your calories to? I'm only 5'1 so i've put my calories at 1300, it was difficult at first, but my body has adjusted now, im thinking in about a month I'd like to lower it to 1200 cals

Good Luck! I love this site, its a great way to develop self discipline, i track EVERYTHING! even if i take one bit of something...so far I've done it for 15 days in a row and I'm going to weigh Friday, i hope to have lost 2 lbs!
