This DVD was my saviour for my wedding last year, without it I wouldn't have fitted n to my dress. Just starting it again 1 year (and 2 stone heavier...shame) later and hoping to have the same results :)

Yes! I do this. It's one of my favourite past times :) unfortunately my diet has gone of the rails recently but I'm looking forward to getting back in my wardrobe in the nex few weeks and seeing how much better things fit.

Just looked at the OP's food log and there was a burrito for breakfast and meal replacement shakes all over the shop, in my eyes those things are 'crap' so maybe it's just personal opinion and therefore best kept to yourself??

Definitely hangover food...your body NEEDS it ;) and chocolate when it's your time of the month. Ha ha :)

I've done this for 2 weeks and lost 5lb but I've just had a really bad weekend and weighed this morning to find I'd put 4 back on :( I think it works great but you have to stool be careful on your non fast days. I'm sticking with it for a little longer to see if the 5lb loss was a fluke or if I continue to lose weight.

I do a version where I fast Monday and Wednesday every week so only eating 400 calories on those days, usually 2 x soups. The other week days I try to eat 1400 calories a day and then weekends allow myself to relax and not think about calories. I have done it now for 2 weeks so 4 fast days and I've lost 5lbs so really…

A friend of mine used to come out with these all the time when we were growing up. Two I can remember so clearly they still make me laugh now. Firstly Montel Jordan This is How We Do It the line that says 'it's Friday night and I feel alright' she thought it was 'it's fried egg night....' and Alanis Morrisette where she…

Up until a week ago I always ate breakfast as I felt it gave me the best start but my husband never has because he says it wakes his hunger up. We don't use a microwave...only because we couldnt fit it in our kitchen when we moved. It really hasnt been a big deal for us as we just oven or hob. Who can't wait 30 minutes for their food to cook? Also it makes us more likely to cook from scratch so we can really control what we're eating.

God I love swede, my Mum always makes it with a roast dinner. Mashed with butter and loads of black pepper however you can easily skip the butter and it still tastes good :) My secret diet food is probably eggs, two eggs scrambled for breakfast is yummy and full of protein.

I really like the M&S super whole foods salad, it's got quinoa and other grains, blueberries and mango in it and I usually get their brown rice sushi to go on the side but then again you could get even better sushi from itsu :)
