I go to the gym at lunch which works for me but that's because my work are flexible in how long I take for lunch so I'm not restricted to exactly 1 hour only...usually take about 1 hour 15 from leaving my desk to go to being back at it working again.

Well i did the first workout last night, legs. It was really good and had total jelly legs after. I really enjoy it, can't wait for Wednesday to do the next workout :) hopefully I get good results. Took my before pictures yesterday before I started so we'll see :)

I find the first 1-2 miles the hardest when I'm running. Even before I weight trained I've been heavier than I looked. Husband has always said my bones must be made of lead! BMI had me at the high end of overweight but I really don't think I look it. I'm not the size I'd like to be but definitely wouldn't class myself as close to obese! ETA- 5 foot 6 and 180lb currently

I had a deload session today as felt in my excitement to increase the weight each workout I was neglecting my form. It was great, definitely worthwhile.
