This is the one I did, 9 weeks 3 times a day. Loved it and now love running! It's definitely doable, I never felt I couldn't complete the runs or that it was going too fast :) ETA - I meant I did the run doubles.

Yes!! I hate my before pictures...bah *shiver* but I'm glad I've taken them as already after only 1 month in I can see a real difference when I look at them side by side and can't wait for a few more months when I can truly see how far I've come :smokin:

This is one of the things I dislike about MFP...as soon as you even hit your calorie goal it turns red! I think it should give you up until 100 over before it turns red. As others have said...you should log regardless. As long as you're not doing it all the time you will be fine on your weightloss journey but by logging…

If you have, or can invest in, a barbell and plates I would recommend that. I'm doing Stronglifts 5x5 which is fab, I know other people recommend NROLFW (thinks that's the right order of letters) which is another good lifting programme with great advice.
