  • What's the difference between the insanities? A friend of mine let me borrow her max 30 and I was done within the first 3 minutes of working out. It was too intense for me. Especially just starting to work out again. Are there easier versions? I been thinking of getting the T25.
  • I have a polar watch with heart rate monitor I wear for my workouts. I want to get fitbit to help push me to be active more throughout the day. If your wanting just excersice go with watch with hrm chest band.
  • I would love to start off with t25. I borrowed my friends max 30 and it was intense. Especially me just starting to work out again. I maxed out at 3 minutes on Friday and that was with a pee break in that time. Lol My husband and I are suppose to start this video tonight. I definitely need to build up some stamina.
  • I would like to add you. I just started back up last week. I' not exactly sure how to add friends yet.
