Have to say, I like the lax idea too if diplomacy fails. Fun fact, my bf suggested every male in the house drink water coloured with a different coloured food dye so we could identify the mystery piddler on the floor haha

That sucks, I have a housemate who won't admit he misses the toilet bowl, but at least that doesn't cost me food (don't ever get between me and food). I think discuss it with the other housemates if there are others, if food keeps disappearing something has to change and you shouldn't have to resort to locking up your food.

A very slight calorie deficit, half a pound a week worked for me, perhaps some cardio and strength training thrown in for good measure :-)

Yep, listen to your body, i'm typically sedentary but was always hungry, had to select very active to get a good calorie allowance. 5 foot 1 now maintaining on 1800

I think dreads are the ultimate common denominator hair style, everyone looks good with them. I've had wild dreads for 5 years, they can be heavy, hot in summer and unpleasant to feel on my skin but i think they look cool as, not cutting them off anytime soon. Shall post a pic tomorrow if you like.

My 30 day shred results were quite subtle too, but I felt empowered for sticking with it, and stronger, and followed it up with Turbofire knocking off 10 kilos (the two combined) and one dress size. You are well on your way (and definitely more trim than you were). Well done/keep it up :-)

How much cardio/strength training do you do? From what i understand, all cardio, no strength on a calorie deficit leads to loosing lean mass as well as body weight,to rectify start strength training now.
