I have taken my share of weight loss "fat burning" supplements, but none of them ever worked. They all gave me a "loose tummy" and the jittery feeling. Thanks for the welcome! I'm still figuring all these gadgets out, but it seems like a great starting point! And kudos for your progress!! It really makes it seem more doable to see that other people who have started where I am have made measurable progress!
