Granola!!!
So I bought this "Bear Naked" granola. Banana Nut variety. I must admit....I love it. I put a handful in my oatmeal every morning to give it some crunch (I hate the goopy texture). And also in my yogurt. Does anyone have any reccomendations for a nice HEALTHY, natural ie. minimally processed, granola I could try.

Do you reward yourself?
Aside from the general reward of a healthier, slimmer you, do you reward yourself for weight loss goals? I, for example, am rewarding myself with a pair of Iron Fist shoes when I hit my 20lb mark, new hairstyle at 30, etc. What are your rewards for a job well done?? :bigsmile:

My nutrition log thing says my fat goal should be 40g a day, however, i'm coming in WAY under that. So i'm kinda freaking out here.... Yesterday I weighed in at 197.4 but this morning I am at 193.2?
