So i'm kinda freaking out here....
Yesterday I weighed in at 197.4 but this morning I am at 193.2?
I didn't do anything very strenuous or anything yesterday and didn't eliminate any more than ordinary. I didn't eat as much as I normally do, but even still..........4lbs??
Should I be worried?
Happy?
Don't look a gift horse in the mouth? LOL
Help?

You lose a lot of water weight overnight and after you go to the bathroom in the morning. I've seen mine fluctuate about the same amount overnight. Nothing to worry about at all.0

Could be so many things! Your body composition is changing all of the time. If you get into a pattern of sustained rapid weight loss that you don't intend to have, I would start worrying, but this will probably even out!0

1) You are just starting weight loss, so if you've recently changed your diet for the better there will be a good bit of water weight that will come off quickly.
2) Day to day weights are subject to a lot of fluctuation. If you are going to weigh in (or just weigh yourself) every day, you should keep in mind that it is much more beneficial/accurate to compare your weights on a week to week basis- so compare your Monday weights to each other, Tuesday to each other- but don't look at your Tuesday weight in relation to your Monday weight. There's just too many factors in day to day life that change things.0 -
Ah, thank you.
Not that it's not great to see the numbers go down and everything, I just got worried.
At any rate, it motivated me even more! I'm almost out of the 190's! hahahaha0 -

Thanks for that.
I had no idea you weren't supposed to "weigh in" every day!0
