Its a over priced nasty shake that made me puke. Seems like most of the people on here are trying to be your friend so you'll buy it from them. Just Google it if you want to know more.

It is a meal replacement shake from BeachBody. A lot of people swear by it and I have even tried it. It is pretty good and really fills you up, unlike some other shakes. I'm sure a BB coach will see your question and be able to answer it in more details. Also, they could probably send you a sample if you are interested in trying.

It's a program where you about $4 for a "meal replacement" shake. I believe you're supposed to drink two of these concoctions per day and eat a small meal and you magically lose weight. I think these shakes are about 110-150 calories apiece, so you're basically starving yourself of calories. Somebody recently mentioned that they're supposed to help "clean you out", so I guess they're a fiber supplement/laxative also. I'm sure that one of the three million "Certified Beach Body Coaches" on this site will be more than happy to fill you in on all the details of this wonderous product. As you may have guessed, I'm not much of a fan of this kind of crap, but to each his/her own, I guess. If you're looking to go this route, I would suggest that a good protein supplement, multi vitamin and fiber supplement would be just as effective and a lot cheaper.

    Thanks.

Not too popular it seems hahahaha.
I'm actually looking into whey protein/isolate powder to supplement my protein i'm not getting through diet. I posted a topic about it yesterday. But yeah, i'll do alot of things in the name of skinny, but miracle pills and shakes aren't among them. Heck, if i need a cleanse i'll just double up on my coffee! hahahaha

Thanks for answering my question though. :D
