Finally........I got on the scales this morning, and I've lost a total of 20 pounds! :happy: I was so excited that I didn't care that when I went to church, my pants were droppy and saggy. (belts are a great invention) 20 down......13 to go!

I use to have the same problem. That's why I gained about 10 lbs between Sept 2007 to Jan 2008. First, get the junk food out of your house! Drink lots of water. :drinker: Then drink another cup! I've already come to the conclusion that it will be a "cheat day". I WILL, however, remember that PORTIONS MUST BE SMALL! I will be eating at my mother's. I plan to take a huge veggy tray, and try to munch on that all day instead of peanut butter eggs. I don't really have any recipes for you. Sorry.

Welcome, and congratulations on your anniversary. I'm so sorry you wife was hurt. Please encourage her to give posting a try again. I'm sure nobody meant to be negative towards her. Any advice given by MFPers is given to help, not to bring each other down.

I absolutely agree. I plan my meals out every morning for the entire day. It is the key to staying within your calories. My rule: If it's not on the list.....don't eat it!

When you get to the office, plan and record your meals for the entire day. Plan out you exercise activity and record it to. That way you are obligated to stick to it when you get home.
