Try buying coconut palm sugar and using it in things instead of regular sugar. I saw it on Dr. oz and it seemed to help a lot of people lose weight, and it tastes delicious :-)

Allow yourself some cheat days or cheat foods and don't log it, it just makes you feel guilty to see that you indulged on a 500 cal piece of cake but sometimes you need to do it!

Try adding some weight training into your exercise routine. It skyrockets your metabolism allowing you to burn calories well after your workout is finished. I was at a standstill with my weight and this has helped me start losing again
