I am Gluten-free. My legs would itch anytime I'd start an exercise program, so I removed wheat and now I can exercise without any issues.

I love mine. I've been using it since early December. I noticed I don't walk as many steps as I did when I first got it, but I'm not concerned. I like how it keeps track of the calories I'm burning based on activity or non activity and eating. This has been a good weekly gauge in keeping to my 10500 total deficit.

Hi.... I looked at a few weeks of your diary, and IMO, you eat too many simple carbs and not enough complex carbs like veggies - especially dark green leafy ones. I also noticed you don't log your water intake, so I can't tell if you're drinking water or not. Drinking a lot of water will also help to facilitate weight…

Every other day. This lets me know which workouts are effective, since one week I'll weigh Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and the following week I'll weigh Monday, Wednesday, Friday. I have different routines on different days/weeks.

The best advice yet! @RingSize8, the food will not comfort you. It only masks itself and then you'll feel some guilt for eating it. You're losing weight for a reason...a purpose...and it wasn't him.
