Things to think about ... are you pre-menopausal, insulin resistance or diabetic? You may not be losing but gaining muscle at the same time. Have you had your thyroid checked? I understand as I am having the same issues. I am increasing my protein and decreasing carbs. No white sugar or flour so no bread at all.

It is very hard for me to lose weight. Calorie deficit is great but the kind of calories you eat is important. I have been eating clean for a few months now and feel so much better. Making sure to have a balance meal plan with portion control is also important. So 30 net carbs for the day is low. Try staying within 30…

The sugar in fruit is a simple sugar. It is best to eat with a meal or a piece of protein if having for a snack. If you have 2-3 servings of fruit per day you are fine. Moderation! Remember a balanced eating plan is the goal.

You can't quit now! You are way into this. You had some fun with food for 2 months now back on track! Don't know what your program is like but you may want to try a Paleo diet. Lot's of recipes on-line too. The premise is to eat like a caveman lol. Read up on it. I try to eat as clean as possible. :)

This is great advice. I agree. A food journal is good so you can see what you are eating. MFP tracks that for you. I would also suggest walking outside first. If today you can only do 10 minutes than that's what you do. You can do 10 more minutes later in the day as well if you are up to it. Try to increase your time by 5…

Hey there .... Walking up and down hills and inclines will give you the resistance you need. Go at a pace that's comfortable for you and as you build stamina you can walk faster. Research shows there is no benefit of running/jogging over walking. Since walking is better on the joints walk. Swimming is also good as it takes…
