Thanks for the spreadsheet for tracking! I have added myself and am looking forward to this challenge- I was part of 'New Year-New You' and it really helped me stay on track and accountable.

Mix together: 2 Tbsp olive oil 2 Tbsp 100% maple syrup 1 tsp dijon mustard dash of salt Toss frozen/thawed brussels sprouts in this mixture and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. I add chestnuts too when I have them on hand. If you are not worried about fat, adding some homemade bacon bits is really nice too!

I am down 0.8 lbs and pretty happy about it since last week was really tough for me! Looking to re-focus now and finish strong.

Remember when you start to work out your blood volume has to increase and since blood is 90% water it is normal for the scale to stop temporarily. Once your body has increased the blood volume to cope with your workouts you will start to see the scale move again. Try taking measurements to stay motivated as you should see…

Hi all! I am Laura and am 36 years old. My husband and I moved from Texas to the UK about 2.5 years ago. I was at my goal weight of 135 lbs in early 2010 for the first time since I was in my early 20's. I want to get back to my goal weight again and joined MFP in November and still have about 40 more lbs to go.
