  • 10lbs down so far, starting working out on June 15th. Thank goodness for the gym at work. Change in diet started on June 22. Cut out the bread, pasta, rice and sugar. It's slow steady process. Each day is a new day and after nearly 3 weeks of working out it's more of a habit than a chore.
  • Best way to avoid the sugary sweeties is to purge your place of them. If you see them at work, treat them like a venomous snake; avoid eye contact and walk around the offender.

  • Remaining consistent.. you just do it. I have no secret. I set my alarm for 7am on my days off and just workout for 30-90 minutes.
