my weightloss doesnt work with cheat days :( however, like others, i plan ahead and indluge in moderation. I just make sure to log everything. If I know I may be easting worse then usual i usually try to be more active that day or have smaller healthier moods around that "bad" meal

You should definitly eat at least 1200 calories a day or your body will go into starvation mode. Eat the calories!!! :)

You can do it!! Im on day 3 and already notice a difference in my arms and abs (they feel better) I do dancing, walking, running, biking but I needed something for muscle. I have never completed all 30 days so its a challenge for me too. If I can do this so can you!!!!
