Hello all you brave people! I did myfitnesspal last year and lost 50 lbs with hardly trying. Tracking really works!! So I'm back to give it another go. Still have 150 lbs. to lose. Happy to see you all here! :happy:

When I started my gym membership I was 304 lbs. I started with the treadmill...no slope...at a speed that was comfortable for me. In 6 minutes I was huffing and puffing and I thought I would die!
