I've been lurking on this thread for a few days. Finally ready to have some goals. -Bedtime by 9:30, especially hard cause it's a Friday -Drink at least 60oz of plain water -Track all meals -Load the dishes in the dishwasher -Hit 5k steps (I have a desk job, and really have to work for anything over 3k)

For the month of February, I am only 2 days AF but 10 of the 14 days, I have cut back. I'm reaching for at least 10 AF days this month. Only 8 more to go.

I have not tried Yasmin directly, but I have friends who have and they all hated it. BUT!!! Every body is different and you may not have the same experiences. Try it out and see how it goes.

I am in the same boat. My last job I was walking 13-16k steps a day and with this new job I barely make 2k. The difference is noticeable for sure.
