If you are going over your 'weight loss' calories but staying within your 'maintenance' calories; you should be able to make up for it by the end of the week if it is just a couple days. I am up to 9.5 miles for the month. The past two days it has been pouring out, I'm hoping some day soon Spring will show it self so that I can make at least half my goal. I did a 3.5 mile walk on Friday and a quick 1 mile walk yesterday in the rain.

Joining in late, but I have done 5 miles this month; with 2 rest days as I get shin splints easily and am trying not to push myself too fast. My goal will be 40 miles for the month of April. It has been raining like crazy here so hopefully it'll let up for a little so I can get some more miles in.

What I learned this month: 1. The first couple days are the hardest, day 2 was especially hard for me.
