Thanks for the advice, I will start planning my meals ahead, probably keep me on track more. My food choices are limited because my taste buds won't let me,lol, if that makes sense? I am a very picky eater but I am also open to trying news things. I am using TDEE but I modified it a bit to suit me a bit better.

I started at 205, I'm 5'8. I'm positive I'm getting about 1400 to 1600. I'm very meticulous when it comes down to tracking my calories intake. I used to be to be a good 177 7.6% bodyfat I'm currently at 196.5 and not sure about my percentage. That's basically what I'm aiming for again. May I've been losing muscle mass aswell?

That's what I think also. The way I rationalized it in my head is that I made a major change to my diet. I went from maybe 3000 to 4000 calories a day to a mere 1350. I tripled check the scale lol I was in disbelief.
