I've got a box of Alpen breakfast bars in my drawer at work. They're about 70 calories each and fix a sweet tooth craving too. My girlfriend has been trialling the Graze box thing too. They're pretty good but a bit more calorie laden: between 100-200 calories a tub but arguably more filling
