I used to fear the scale and now I can't stay away either! haha funny how that happens! :) I am trying very hard to hold out for a week! best of luck (in avoiding the scale, if you want to) and on your healthy journey! :)

Since your weight fluctuates during the day so to get the most accurate read, you should weigh yourself at the same time, every day that you weigh in. As to what time of day you should do it, I'm not sure.

Go to MY HOME --> GOALS --> CHANGE GOALS and go from there and chose in the drop down menu : MAINTAIN MY CURRENT WEIGHT :)

haha! this was great!!! The next time we are both on at the same time (although I am about to run to the store... haha, excuses, excuses...) we should both YELL at each other to get off our butts (and this site) and go BURN SOME CALORIES!!!! :)

I used to hate it too, but it's getting easier for me. I think I've just accepted that it's something that I need to do. I find it easier to get a sport bottle rather than just pouring some into a glass. The larger bottle makes me drink more at a time, rather than just trying to opt for a small glass whenever I remember or…
