So yesterday I went waaaayyyyy over on my calories and today, I swear I still feel pretty full. I did eat today but then I exercised. My net is LOW today. There is no way I can eat back and have a NET of 1200 today. Is this ok? Will this somehow balance out?

feeling bloated and slightly :(
*heavy exhale* ... I don't know what's going on! I've felt so bloated and gross the last 2 days. I've been drinking enough water (I don't think it's been too much or anything) and I don't think my sodium intake is way out of control. Water retention! help?
Does anyone have a natural ways to help shed water weight? I know they say to drink plenty of water, and that helps to eliminate water. I drink 8-12 cups a day. Is that too much. Any suggestions. And I don't want to take pills, but vitamins are ok.
