I'm in the UK so alot of what your suggesting we don't have. At the moment I normally have one portion of bbq chicken bites 200cl one pot of baked beans 100cl and a yoghurt and a banana for tea

The last few days Iv took fruit to work but it doesn't curb wanting a snack and tomorrow I'm there for 15 hours :/

Why didn't I think of that :) She knows I am trying to lose weight but if I eat less then her (most of the time we share things) then she won't know any different I guess :)

I have already said I was overweight because I used to eat big meals and heavy lunchs... Since then 3 months ago iv lost 22lbs HOWEVER seen as iv made my meals smaller and swapped Pepsi for water/no sugar squashs over these last few months I can't seem to make my calorie goal at all..
