Hi. I'm a serial dieter, gainer and would like to partner to hopefully do better. I started back on MFP today when I had no dress clothes that fit. It is sad but I have gained 20 pounds since August. I have to stop this madness!

I had GS 4 years ago and now back here logging food. The surgery worked as a tool for fast weight loss. Fantastic idea. I thought the same thing when I was taking things to Good Will, which is fine too. However, it would be great here, since most of us have many sizes before we get to our goal size.

Whatever you're doing is working. 40 pounds is a great accomplishment.

How many calories do you get per day? It helped me to make my diary public where I could be given spot on advice. You could be choosing high sodium foods that increases water retention.

Sounds great. Another friend of mine puts the light cool whip between the graham crackers, freezes and has for ice cream sandwiches. They are good too. Sorry I don't remember the calories. 1 Graham cracker broke in a square and about 2 Tbs of cool whip wrap in plastic wrap and freeze.

Lay in the floor and do leg lifts or the bicycle in the air. At the gym we did about 20 minutes in the floor and it was really a workout for me.
