Add some healthy fat to some of your meals - some olive oil here, some coconut oil there. I have no trouble meeting my calorie goal because of delicious organic butter :)

I have the regular version of the book. I think the lady's version came out a couple of weeks ago and is basically the same program, just pinkified. I'm using You Are Your Own Gym since it is really difficult for me to find time to get to a gym with two toddlers. I've done lots of lifting with free weights in the past and am happy with the workouts and results from YAYOG. Worth checking out.

Most noticeable thing so far: disappearing visible panty lines. I don't know if I'm actually shrinking yet, but they aren't showing through my yoga pants anymore. Nice for everyone who has to stand behind me!

My husband and I are finishing up our second week of the basic program this weekend. Seeing some results already which is encouraging!
