  • I wouldn't. Join the contest to lose weight. If you win it will be a bonus. The way I see it you can't lose really. Why would you voluntarily mess with your system?
  • Just because. I don't need to lose any more weight really and without a goal to work towards, I was getting bored.
  • General fitness. I am currently training for a half-marathon, but not a race. Just doing it for myself. I certain do NOT want to be a body builder if any kind.:noway: I usually do one round of 2 sets of 25 reps on every machine in my gym. (small gym about 7 machines) it takes about 30 minutes to complete that.
  • Honest to God, one of my biggest achievements was when I had to get my wedding set sized down. I went from a size 8 to 6.5. Now the 6.5 is too big to wear and is in my jewelry box to get resized again. I completely understand how you feel. It is awesome! Congratulations!!

  • I could wear a bikini. My stomach is really pretty flat. I actually have muscle lines. I choose not to wear a bikini, because I couldn't find one that I found appropriate to wear as a mother of young kids. It was a personal choice.

  • I usually just go all out and laugh at myself if I feel I look silly. I have really gotten into Dance Central on the Kinnect. I know I look like a complete idiot, but it is so much fun. I am very comfortable laughing at myself.
  • Light soups. 1 can is anywhere from 140 - 250 calories. I am not on a tight budget and I still get these because they are good. They are very inexpensive. I get 5 - 10 cans everytime I get groceries.
  • I get up at 0400, exercise from about 0430 - 0600, then come home and have coffee with my breakfast.

  • I think it is awesome that you have gotten to this attitude at 23. I recently turned 30 and it took me until I was 29 to get there. Like you, I always just accepted me for me as a big person. I am on the other side now and maintaining. It can happen. Good luck!
