I don't remember the specific day, but I had recently found out I was pregnant with my 2nd child and had not lost all of the weight from my 1st. I knew that I had to gain weight because I was pregnant, but I was bound and determined to lose weight after I had him.

Yeah, I have lived here for about 2 years and I have about 1 year left here. I agree, everyone is tiny here because people walk EVERYWHERE. Also, bikes and normal modes of transportation. I felt like a blimp here when I was 251lbs. Now, even 70ls lighter I am still pretty big compared to most people here.

I don't think there is a "right weight" that fits everyone. You could maybe make that your current goal and see how you feel when you achieve it. You need to be comfortable with you.

I wonder how many calories one burns while cleaning really. I clean a lot and other than being on my feet most of the time, it doesn't feel like I am working out at all. I don't log cleaning as excercise, but maybe I should. I never really thought about. Is it really excercise?

I have Your Shape for the Kinect. I really like it and it tells you how many calories you are burning on the screen. It counts them as you are going and tells you your total for the entire workout at the end. Now it is all guestimating. It obviously depends on how hard you push yourself.

I get so frustrated with the Wii Fit calorie counter. I don't really trust it. I do the free step a lot. It sounds a little like a medical condition that you have. Or, depending on how much you work out, your body might need more calories.
