I take a potassium supplement, but it was because I was having a lot of cramping in my calves at night. Since I started taking it, I haven't had the leg cramps since. I would say, if you are not having issues with cramping, etc, it would not be necessary to take a supplement.

I took a rest day on Sunday, since I am doing other workouts over lunch (sometimes including some strength stuff), and am down 1.5 pounds. Did day 1 on level 1 tonight, and definitely feel it. Especially after doing Jillian's Hot Bod in a Box card 8 over lunch. My arms will be sore tomorrow.

I did 100 with a 10 pound kettlebell, on top of my other strength/cardio today.
