  • I do what Orion suggested. I have created a new exercise and I name it by the T25 Name (i.e. T25 Alpha Cardio). I use a chest strat and input the actual calories burned along with the length of the workout. This way you can distinguish between T25 Cardio and Insanity or P90X...if you do those later. --Brian
  • I have done Crossfit for a few years and loved it. The exercises are more cardio centric using weights. The idea in Crossfit is your body never has a chance to plateau...never. Usually there will be a set of 3 to 5 exercises to do for a day. Usually you will have to perform so many sets of them and then record your times.…
