Beside bread and chips when I go to work, everything is raw food (unprocessed food). If you add me as your friend you can see my diary. I have some good recipes. I lost 17 pounds in two months since I have changed my lifestyle from omnivore to vegan and than an almost raw food.

I have just switched to an almost raw food lifestyle and I count everything. I don't measure the vegetables and fruits very well, but I pay more attention to nuts, seeds and the processed food.

I have the same height and I think 160 pounds is exactly what fits my body. I guess depends on the age.

The most important question is how do you feel at this weight? The starting point is you listening your body.

I discovered I love cycling and every day I go for at least 10 miles. I walk a lot for work, and when I have my days off in the evening I go for at least 2 miles walk. I eat 1280 calories daily. I do not eat meat, dairy and eggs. I stay away from processed food. Instead I eat vegetables, fruits (love grapes and cherries)…
