  • Don't worry, day 3 seemed to be a touch easier than day 2 for me. Although the moving pushups just about killed me..I have zero upper body strength. I'm on day 4 today, but I'm afraid to even get out of bed because of how sore I was yesterday!

  • If you have a smartphone, download the Runtastic app (i have the pro version, I love it!)..you can run it and the couch 2 5k app at the same time, so you get a good estimate of calories burned.

  • That's awesome! I just started running about a month ago..I don't love it yet, but I definitely don't hate it as much as I used to. Have you tried the Zombies, Run! app? It's a lot of fun, and made running more enjoyable. I usually run that app and Runtastic Pro at the same time. :)

  • Idk how "healthy" it is, but I love Doves dark chocolate. I usually buy a bar and have one or two little squares a day. Its just the right amount of chocolate to keep my cravings at bay.

  • I'm 23 and I used to have it terribly bad (now, its not AS bad, but still here..thanks genetics). But I suggest lunges, squats squats squats, and I walk/jog about 2 miles everyday. It really helped. I noticed a big difference when I started doing squats and static lunges tho. Just keep it up, they'll get better.

  • I remember my mom doing WW several years ago and lost nearly 120lbs. She never went to the meetings, but had all of the little booklets and what not. That on top of working out 6 days a week, she did an amazing job. I'd recommend it to anyone. :)
