  • I'm on day 38 of Insanity, and I haven't been dieting either. I still eat burgers, pizza, ice cream, etc..I just eat it all in moderation and make sure it fits into my calorie budget for the day.   • I'm right smack in the middle of recovery week, and even though I'm glad for the break, I'm struggling to get through it! I'm already bored with it and get started on next month!
  • I agree 100%. I powered through the rest of week 1 and by the time the warm-up and stretch was over, the soreness was practically gone. But everyone is different, so listen to your body and don't overdo it.

  • I agree with this. I just switched to a digital scale about a month and a half ago and I love it. I like being able to see that 0.4 lbs loss..I know it sounds crazy, but it tends to keep me more motivated.
